South Africa, a leader’s perspective…
South Africa is multi-faceted, beautiful and not quite easy to grasp. Sure, there is the pure beauty of the land itself: white beaches, cool and fresh breezes in the Drakensberg Mountains, the impressive sense of space in the Karoo desert and the grace of giraffes moving across bushland. South Africa also has all colours, from bright yellow mangoes, to over-warm red earth and deep purple bougainvillea. There is a liveliness and resilience among the people and wherever you go, you will be routinely showered with great kindness and hospitality. If you visit South Africa, maybe you’ll find your own explanation of why “this country gets under your skin”, as the locals say.
