Day 1 Quito/Isla Baltra/Bachas BeachFly to Isla Baltra, your jumping off point for the Galapagos Islands. Get a glimpse of wildlife on Bachas Beach. A naturalist guide familiar with this region is a great source of information and inspiration. Day 2 Isla Plazas/Isla Santa FePower to Isla Plazas and spot the unique wildlife Galapagos is famous for iguanas, sea lions and rare birds proliferate here. Swim or snorkel off Santa Fe Bay. Day 3 Isla EspanolaSpot blue-footed boobies, marine iguanas and lava lizards on Punta Suarez on Isla Espanola. The high cliff tops offer a chance to view birds in full flight and the power of the mighty sea surging through an impressive blow hole. Days 4-5 Isla Floreana/Isla Santa CruzLearn about Floreana's wild maritime past. Discover Punta Cormorant's green beach then sail to Post Office Bay for a touch of quirky history. Snorkel among graceful stingrays, turtles and perhaps even a shark at the Devil's Crown before spending the night at Puerto Ayora on Santa Cruz Island. Visit the fascinating Charles Darwin Research Station to meet young Galapagos tortoises. View huge tortoises in the wild and explore a lava tunnel in the highlands of Santa Cruz. Day 6 Isla GenovesaJourney to Isla Genovesa on a Zodiac boat to spot rare bird colonies, fur seals and marine iguanas. Dive into Darwin Bay before dinner. Day 7 Isla Rabida/BartolomeTraipse colourful terrain on Rabida to glimpse pink flamingos and brown pelicans. Venture to Bartolome and see an extinct volcano and volcanic rock formations. Day 8 North Seymour/Isla Baltra/QuitoTake the opportunity to check out Seymour's exotic inhabitants before returning to Quito after this adventure of a lifetime.
