Day 1 Arrive IstanbulBe met at the airport and transferred into Istanbul and get ready for the adventure ahead. Days 2-3 IstanbulTime in Istanbul is free for exploration, so head out and find that offbeat experience that will make this sojourn unique. Indulge in the world's best Turkish delight, discover the spot where locals like to view the Byzantine skyline at sunset or perhaps stumble across a hip cafe and enjoy a glass of tea and a conversation with the student regulars. There is also the opportunity to visit Istanbul's blockbuster attractions. Armed with pre-booked entry to the city's stupendous domed Aya Sofya and the sprawling Topkapi Palace, there's no need to waste time in ticket queues - skip right in and spend time marvelling at the wonders of the Byzantine and Ottoman empires. On the final evening, enjoy an entrancing performance by the Whirling Dervishes, the Sufi sect who achieve religious ecstasy by spinning.
