Take the opportunity to rub shoulders with the locals and feast on fresh seafood as the sun melts into the ocean at Oia. Days 9-10 IosWinding past characteristic Aegean architecture, the narrow paths of Ios's main village are blissfully free of cars. Follow stairs down to remote beaches, visit one of the 365 churches and chapels or climb to the top of the hill in Hora for panoramic views. Days 11-13 NaxosDiscover stories of racy mythology during a stay on Naxos and be sure to try the local wine - it's reputed to be the antidote to a broken heart. Hike between charming villages, past Byzantine churches and enjoy free time exploring the residential paths of the 13th-century Kastro.
