Days 1-2 HavanaSwinging to the beat of the rumba, Havana is unlike any other capital in the world. Get acquainted with the Cuban city and take a walk through the crumbling splendour of Havana Vieja. See the giant monuments to legendary Che Guevara and Jose Marti or visit museums and galleries to soak up some colourful Cuban culture - Havana offers something for the whole family. Day 3 VinalesPass by fertile Cuban valleys, limestone hills and mountains covered in forest on the way to Vinales. Stop off to visit a tobacco plantation and then choose to explore Vinales by cycling, walking or horse-riding around the area. Day 4 Santo Tomas Caves/Pinar del RioGrab a torch and discover the dramatic beauty of Cuba's Santo Tomas Caves, full of glittering stalagmites and stalactites. Continue on to scenic Pinar del Rio and spend the night in a unique eco-lodge. Day 5 CienfuegosArrive in the city known to the Cubans as the 'Pearl of the South'. Explore the colonial heart of Cienfuegos and fall in love with its relaxed Caribbean feel. Days 6-7 TrinidadSet sail for a morning boat trip around the beautiful Cienfuegos Bay before heading onto Trinidad. After a guided walk around the centre of town there's free time for exploration. Browse the local craft markets or hire a bike for a relaxing pedal around the area. Alternatively, head for the picture-perfect beaches of Playa Ancon to snorkel over a colourful underwater world. Days 8-10 Santa Clara/VaraderoTime for a revolutionary history lesson on Cuba in Santa Clara with a visit to the mausoleum of Ernesto 'Che' Guevara. Afterwards, grab the sunscreen and hit the beaches of Varadero. Day 11 HavanaFinish the Cuban Family Adventure back in Havana.
