Day 1 Chiang MaiWith a famous night bazaar and more than 300 temples to explore, theres always something to see and do in this charming northern city. Day 2 Hilltribe TrekPull on some hiking boots and set off into the northern hills to meet locals and visit their villages. Walk through forests and rural terrain, and learn about the distinct languages, dress and beliefs of the various hilltribes. Stay overnight in a bamboo hut for a real taste of life in the jungle. Day 3 Elephant ExperienceContinue the hike and stop off at an elephant camp to see the fascinating relationship between a mahout and their elephant. Days 4-5 Chiang MaiOpt to try bamboo rafting, stopping in at small riverside communities along the way.
