Days 3-4 Kuala LumpurArrive in the capital of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur. Take in the impressive sight of the Petronas Towers or hunt for bargains along Petaling Street. Days 5-6 HomestayMake new friends and learn about Malay culture at a village homestay. Days 7-8 PenangDiscover local history at the Penang War Museum, enjoy the world-famous cuisine or take the funicular railway up Penang Hill - the views from the top are superb. Day 9 Nakhon Si ThammaratArrive in Thailand and travel to Wat Phra Mahathat, southern Thailand's biggest temple, before heading to the famous night market.
