Itinerary
Day 1 Nairobi/Masai Mara National Park
Travel from the vibrant city of Nairobi across the Great Rift Valley. As you leave the city look for colourfully dressed Masai people tending to their herds. On arrival at the tented lodge take a guided walk to nearby salt licks that are frequented by local wildlife.
Day 2 Masai Mara National Park
After an early breakfast embark on a second walk around the area. Afterwards, take a game drive through the Mara. The Masai Mara has a very high population of plains animals such as wildebeest and zebras which in turn are preyed upon by lions, leopards and hyenas. Elephants are also a fairly common sight here while hippos and crocodiles are plentiful in the Mara River. After a full day of wildlife spotting return to the lodge in time for dinner.
Day 3 Masai Mara National Park/Nairobi
Return to Nairobi where the adventure comes to an end.
