Day 1 Stone Town/Beach ResortAfter being met on arrival, transfer to the comfortable resort. Explore the oldest part of Zanzibar's capital, Stone Town. Wander through bustling bazaars and down twisting, cobbled streets, past the intricately carved doors of houses and mosques. The architecture here has been shaped by generations of explorers and spice traders. Days 2-4 Beach ResortSpend the next three days relaxing and exploring the island. Travel deep into the interior to see the fragrant spice plantations. Discover how pods, bark, buds and berries are harvested and dried. Then enjoy free time to relax on Zanzibar's white beaches. Swim, read, snorkel, dive and explore at your own pace. Be sure to try the many tropical fruits the island is famous for. Day 5 Beach Resort/Stone TownPerhaps take one final swim before saying goodbye to this tropical island.
